Abstract

Purpose of the research: to analyze bullying and harassment as antisocial behaviors in the sport sector through socio-economic aspects.Methods of the research. This article is prepared using the methods of analysis and synthesis of academic literature. The analysis of academic sources and the citation follows the chronology according to the publishing year of the source.

The methods of comparison and analogy are also used, the authors’ insights and generalizations are provided.

Findings. Besides the direct social effect bullying and harassment may have an economic efect. Persons who have experienced harassment in the future will show poorer social skills, which will affect their ability to work.
