Links between the Spiritual Intelligence of the Leader and an Organization’s Service Quality: a Theoretical Approach

The paper presents a summarised theoretical backgground on leaders' spiritual intelligence (SI) and the service quality of organization research. The scientific basic of this article is the integration of two key insights related to different areas - spiritual intelligence and service quality of organisation. The problem of this article is formulated as question: wath are the links between leader's spiritual intelligence and service quality of organisation? The aim is to identify the mentioned links and to form the conceptual interaction model of leader's spiritual intelligence and the service quality of organization.
